Senior AI Expert

Job Description: We are looking for a part-time AI Expert capable of leading AI integration projects and interested in transitioning to a full-time role in the future. You will be responsible for designing and implementing advanced AI integration solutions, such as building solutions in Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilots, developing RAG workflows, and integrating these into customers' software. Additionally, you will mentor less experienced developers in our team to guide them and enhance their AI skills. The ideal candidate should have Azure AI and strong programming experience, a passion for AI technology, and strong leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and optimize Azure AI solutions
Lead AI integration projects
Mentor less experienced developers in Azure AI
Provide technical advice on how to resolve business problems
Collaborate with technical and business teams to define project requirements
Create and maintain technical documentation and report results
Participate in developing the company's AI strategy
Requirements:
At least 1 year of Team Lead experience or related
Hands-on experience working with Azure OpenAI or related services
Proficiency in any programming languages (C# is preferred, Python is nice to have)
Experience in integrating AI into software products
Ability to work with SQL and NoSQL databases
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
Good communication skills and ability to lead a team
Proficiency in English at B2/C1 level
Nice to Have:
Analyze large datasets to extract valuable insights
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure)
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools
Knowledge of additional programming languages (e.g., C#, .NET)

Additional Information:
This position is initially part-time (up to 1/4 FTE), with the potential to transition to a full-time role as we acquire more clients and investors. As the AI Expert, you will provide technical insight and help train and develop future team members.
